The Quads offers newly furnished efficiencies, studios, 1,2, and 3 bedroom, split level apartments for 1 to 3 persons.

At the Quads, you choose your own roommate(s) or group. If the need arises, the Quads office offers a Roommate Matching Service to help you find extra roommates.

On average, the cost of living at the Quads should be less than an SIU dormitory, or any other comparable off campus apartments.
